From Brazil we moved our attention to famous Danish chef Rasmus Kofoed.

The chef, whose restaurant Geranium is the first in Denmark to have three Michelin stars, is the honorary presiden of the Bocuse d’Or Europe 2016.

We wanted to know how he coached the Hungary team to victory and his plans for the future.
