Delicious Oakland

This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with a culinary tour of Oakland.

Oakland has neighboring San Francisco beat when it comes to the wonders of Ethiopian cuisine, which is found throughout the city.

But that's not all Oakland has to offer. From artisanal chocolate and ice cream to chai and other comforting favorites, Oakland is a food lovers' dream.

Read all about our tasty finds.

Cacao From A to Z

Chocolate was on our radar this week but we wanted to get to the root of it all: cacao beans.

We discovered 26 fascinating facts you probably didn't know about cacao.

For instance, did you know that nearly all cacao trees grow along the equator? Or that Indonesia is the world's third largest producer of cacao?

Discover more about cacao here.

Sony Photography Awards

Last but certainly not least, this week we published a beautiful photo gallery of the winning images from the Sony World Photography Awards.

The awards aim to showcase the best photography in the world. You'll enjoy stunning images of Chinese eagles and still photography featuring mountains of meat and vegetables like you've never seen them before.

Check out the photographs right this way.
