Next up we chatted with South African chef Marthinus Ferreira about his creative style of cooking and plans for the future.

Ferreira is the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 mentor for Africa and the Middle East. He spoke about his early years in the kitchen and what he hopes the competition will mean for the young chefs participating.
