This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with a special tour of Perth in Western Australia.
This scenic seaside town is full of indigenous Australian products and we explored its beaches and dunes with Dr. Richard Walley and chef Jed Gerrard. The food we foraged was used to prepare a special meal.
It was a superb experience that everyone should have at least once in their lifetime.
Much is known about Chinese food in the West but the country's dried seafood still remains a mystery to many.
This week we explored the many different varieties of Chinese dried seafood and their uses. Delicacies abound, including the much-coveted shark's fin.
This week in the blog we brought you news of Massimo Bottura opening a restaurant in America, the Queen of England looking to hire a sous chef, tips on cooking acorn squash, and more.
