Vegan Vancouver

We kicked things off this week with a vegan tasting tour of Vancouver. Already known for its high quality of life, Vancouver boasts a wonderful variety of restaurants that cater to vegans.

The Aboriginal Chef

From Vancouver we turned our attention to Australia for a chat with aboriginal chef Mark Olive, who has been cooking and studying the ancient ingredients used by the various aboriginal communities dotted throughout the country since the 1980s.

We ended the week indulging in one of the most luxurious foods in world: caviar.
