This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with an exciting journey in Southern Africa.

We stepped aboard the famed Rovos Rail and traversed the majestic countryside - from Cape Town to Tanzania - enjoying lavish dishes aboard one of the world's most luxurious trains.

New German Cuisine

Also this week we traveled to Germany where local chefs are intent on changing the traditional dining scene.

Chefs have banded together to created a manifesto of sorts, which aims to promote local terroir, highlight flavors of the regions and bring back to the connecting of land, food and restaurants.
