This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with a fun food tour of Toronto.

Our tour guide was chef Carolyn Reid of Scaramouche restaurant, who has seen the Canadian city evolve as a gastronomic destination.

Discovering Jewish Cuisine

Also this week we interviewed Argentinian chef Tomás Kalika, whose grandmother fled Poland during World War II.

Chef Kalika has dedicated himself to introducing Jewish food not just to Argentina but to other countries around the world through a project called Proyecto Diáspora.
