This week on Fine Dining Lovers we started with a report from the World Cuisine Summit in Lyon.

The one day event saw a number of chefs and industry leaders from across the industry present on a number of different themes such as sustainability and future kitchen technology.

Meet Normand Laprise

We also had a great interview with chef Normand Laprise who brought the ‘eat local’ philosophy to Quebec - at a time when everything came from France.

Laprise discusses his work in Quebec and how despite Quebec’s established reputation as a food destination, Laprise says there’s still work to be done on the local food scene.

Also this Week

We took an extravagant trip to Las Vegas to see some of the most lavish and expensive things a person can eat in Sin City.

We also travelled to Cambodia where we focused in on five Cambodian ingredients you’ve probably never heard of.
