This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with an exciting trip to Mexico where we met with chef Jorge Vallejo, who trained at Enrique Olvera's acclaimed restaurant Pujol.

Staff writer Ryan King accompanied Vallejo in the early hours of the morning on a nautical adventure where the chef gathered fresh seasonal ingredients to use in his cuisine.
