This week at FDL we watched the USA win the Bocuse d’Or, met the World’s Best Female Chef and marveled at the desserts on show at the pastry world cup.

Gold for the USA

Chef Mathew Peters and Team USA claimed an historic victory at the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France, the first time the US has won gold at the completion. We spoke to Peters and Thomas Keller straight after the win.

Meet the World’s Best Female Chef
