This week we took a look at the world of vegan food and design - from recipes to toys, t-shirts to video games. The world of vegan food is vibrant and diverse and we decided to take a step deeper into it.

Welcome to the world of super tofu boy, tofu dynasty toys and even some stamps to write your own tofu letters. This really is the wacky side of the vegan sub culture.

Missy Robbins

Always ones to bring you exclusive videos this week we met the American chef Missy Robbins. Missy is known for her Italian specialties and strong cooking philosophy in the kitchen.

In the interview she talked to us about her passion for Italian food and where it comes from and  she also shared with FDL some great tips for the kitchen. She was voted "Best New Chef" by Food and Wine magazine in 2010, and has picked up a solid reputation for his approach to food. This is a fun and informal chat with a passionate chef who is certainly one watch.

Over the past few weeks we've been looking at fruit preservation and the different techniques required to preserve fruits correctly. This week we compiled a great collection of the best looking at cherries, peaches, strawberries and all the great methods to preserve with prowess.
