Massimo Bottura: “Learn Everything, Forget Everything”

This week on Fine Dining Lovers we started with an interview with the Italian chef Massimo Bottura.

Bottura is one of seven grand final jury members for the upcoming S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 even in Milan and we caught up with the chef to find out more about his own career as a young chef and hear some of his words of advice to those just starting out in the industry.
