Identita New York

This week on Fine Dining Lovers we took a trip to New York to find out what some of Italy’s best chefs have been doing at Identità New York.

With Carlo Cracco, Davide Scabin, Lidia Bastianich and a whole host of other chefs in the city for the congress it was an exiting time to hit New York.

We also brought you a lovely gallery of the chefs and some of the dishes they’ve been preparing while in New York.

Vertical Farms in Singapore

After New York we travelled to Singapore to look at a unique vertical farming project made up of huge structures housing cultivable plots.

With a huge population that’s set to continue expanding, vertical farming is seen as one of the best ways for Singapore to feed it’s growing inhabitants.

These huge vertical farms are a wonder of architecture ,built in huge loops to help attract more solar energy for plants to grow.
