This week on Fine Dining Lovers we had an interview with chef Hideaki Sato who has worked alongside the world famous Seiji Yamamoto for many years.

Sato has a unique approach to cuisine and we caught up with the chef to find out more about that and a recent masterclass he held for S.Pellegrino on the importance of pairing fine water with fine food.
