An Asian Inspiration 

This week on Fine Dining Lovers we were in Singapore to bring you live coverage of the announcement of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List.

With many changes across the list and two new countries featuring, we brought you a report of exactly what happened on the night with some reactions from the chefs.

We also followed up with an interview with chef Gaggan Anand whose restaurant, Gaggan, in Bangkok topped the list.

There was also a beautiful gallery that focused on dishes from the top 10 restaurants on the list with some truly amazing dishes represented.

Also This Week 

We examined the question: are vegetables better cooked or raw? With a a look at whether they’re tastier or healthier when eaten cooked or raw.

And we honed in on the art of Sous Vide cooking at home with a guide on how to the equipment, techniques and machinery you’ll need to have a go yourself.
