This week on Fine Dining Lovers we sat down for an interview with Albert Adria as he revealed more about his latest project in Ibiza.

We spoke with the chef about Heart, what he describes as a “monster project”, which is a new gastronomic experience he’s created alongside Cirque du Soleil.

We also had a glimpse of the Adria’s future plans for what he says will be his last project in Barcelona.
