The Roca’n’Roll Tour
This week on Fine Dining Lovers we took a look at the exciting rise of restaurants going on tour, catching up with The Roca Brothers on the penultimate night of their Roca’n’Roll tour.
The brothers took their entire El Celler De Can Roca team from Girona in Spain to Houston, Dallas, Mexico, Colombia and Peru.
We caught up with the Rocas while they were cooking in Peru to discuss the tour, the most fun parts, the worst tastes and some of the exciting things they encountered while travelling.
A Taste of Sweden
We caught up with the Swedish chef Bjorn Frantzen who spoke to us about his approach to ingredients at Restaurant Frantzen in Stockholm.
"It doesn't matter how good you are: it always starts with the ingredients", explains Frantzén in the video interview.
The chef also discusses his latest venture, an English style pub in Stockholm.
