Eggs represent one of the best examples of a complete food and, despite their simplicity, brim over with numbers that make them even more appealing. Here below are eight egg nutrition facts, interesting figures and unexpected egg record numbers!

Then just follow our simple recipe for “scrambled eggs in a mug”, for cooking strictly in the microwave oven. For each person, put two eggs into a mug that has been previously greased and add 3 spoonfuls of full fat milk, preferably fresh. Beat with a fork, whisk-fashion, and when the mixture is smooth and even, put everything into the microwave at a high temperature for 40-45 seconds. As soon as you remove the mug, add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese, or any other mature grated cheese. It needs to melt slightly, but not entirely.
