If you were a dish, which one would you be?
Pavlova with raspberries, peaches and mint. Bright and colourful!
What's the first taste you remember?
Raspberries and cream with my Grandmother.
Where do you took ispiration to draw your food subjects?
I am currently obsessed with drawing anything to do with seafood, and as I live fairly close to the sea it's easy for me to find inspiration from the little fresh fish shops. I also love old botanical drawings of fruits and vegetables.
The perfect taste?
Rosemary, it seems to make anything taste delicious.
Which is your favorite food subject? And the most appetizing?
I love the imagery of charcuterie, I could spend hours looking at all the cured meats at farm shops and delicatessens. I also love all the pickles and chutneys you get with them!
The dish to die for?
Sole baked with lemon, rosemary and garlic potatoes.
