Busting Food Myths

This week on Fine Dining Lovers we busted some myths relating to the use of vinegar in cooking.

Does it help to burn fat? Does it go bad? Why is it so useful to chefs? All this and more was answered as we took a closer look at the ingredient and why it’s so popular all over the world.

Yoshihiro Narisawa

We had an interview with chef Yoshihiro Narisawa from Tokyo who will be one of the seven jury members judging dishes at the Grand Final of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015.

We spoke to the chef about his early career as a young chef and asked for some of his advice to future generations working in the industry.

Also this Week

We met with the Indian chef Gaggan Anand who cooked with chef Egidio Iadonisi at S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2015, we visited the Alentejo region of Portugal for a top tasting tour and we published an A-Z of fava beans - one of the world’s oldest plants.
