S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 | East Europe Final, July 7
Completing the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 finals for all European regions and countries, is East Europe, with the final being held on July 7 in Romania's capital, Bucharest.
Ten top talented chefs from various countries across the region, as selected by ALMA, will face off in front of the East Europe local jury of three esteemed chefs; Adrian Hadean (Romania), Tomaž Kavčič (Slovenia) and Modest Amaro (Poland).
The young chef to present the winning signature dish chosen by the three professional judges will have the challenge of representing the region at the Grande Finale in Milan in October 2016.
