Toast the dry spices, then blended to a powder.

Mixed with salted water, add ginger garlic, put the pork inside overnight.

Sous vide 64℃, overnight.

Then take the skin and meat aside. Make like pork belly.

Put the soy milk and salt mixed. Low heat when the top is congealed.

Carefully take on a baking papper.deheatdry for 5hour.

Take a big pot, high heat put ginger and hock.wheb it golden, add chicken stock,1hour, add, soybeans, cook down when soft, blender to a puree.

Cook down onion, add butter chicken stock, ham, chilli,been.
