Preparation

Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours. Do not refrigerate.

Serve at room temperature garnished with parsley.

    The way that the name of the recipe has been written makes it sound like 'panzanella' is be an ingredient in the the salad, where it really is the name of the salad. Better would be to say "Panzanella: a bread and tomato salad from Tuscany" or just "Panzanella", as most readers of your site would probably know what it is.
