Spicy, savoury and sweet - this mango chutney recipe is the perfect side to any pork, ham or fish meal!

1. Wash and peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the stone. Finely dice the flesh.
2. Peel and roughly chop the onions. Wash the chilli, slit open lengthwise, remove the seeds and white inner ribs and finely dice the flesh.
3. Mix the lime juice with 125 ml water, the pineapple juice, sugar, raisins, curry powder, cinnamon and allspice and bring to the boil. Boil for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
4. Add the mangos, onions, chilli and ginger and cook over a medium to low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes. Leave to cool and serve cold.
