Preparation

> For Potatoes

Put potatoes in a bowl and cover with cool water.

Let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Drain and rinse well.

Pat dry with paper towels.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine the dill, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Toss the potatoes with the olive oil and then the seasoning mix.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the potatoes in one layer on top.

Bake 30 minutes or until edges are a golden brown, tossing one to two times during cooking.

> For Shrimp

Rinse and drain the shrimp. Bring a big pot of water to boil. Cut the lemon into quarters and set aside.

In a smaller pot, melt the butter.

Once the butter has melted, add in the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add in the old bay seasoning and let simmer.

Once the water is boiling, add in some old bay seasoning and lemon wedges.

Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, drain and transfer to a bowl.

Pour the butter sauce over the shrimp and toss well.

> For the sausage

Place links on a preheated grill until marks appear, about 3 minutes on each side.

To Serve

Transfer sausage, potatoes and shrimp to a serving platter and serve with fresh lemons and aioli dipping sauce.
