Chicken Marengo is a French dish sautéed in oil with garlic and tomato: an easy chicken recipe to make a dish named to celebrate Napoleonic victory of Marengo.

Cut the chicken in pieces, put them in flour and then on the pan with olive oil, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper.
When it starts to turn golden, add the tomatoes, shrimps cooked in white wine, parsley and lemon juice. Cook until done.
In another pan fry the bread with the eggs.
Serve the Chicken Marengo by putting the bread in the middle with the eggs on top, the meat placed around it.
