An refreshing summer salad made with nut-crusted chicken, mixed greens, cucumbers and juicy mango.

Preparation

Mix the chopped nuts with the chili flakes and coat the chicken with the mixture, pressing it on firmly.



Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the chicken on all sides for about 7 minutes.

Remove the meat from the pan and add the dressing ingredients.



Slice the meat and arrange on plates with the salad ingredients. Drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately.
