How to prepare a non alcoholic version of cranberry punch, an easy and classic winter drink perfect for your Christmas holidays. Enjoy it!

Place the tea bag and water in a small pan with the cranberry juice, ginger, sugar, nutmeg, star anise and lemon.
Heat very gently until just simmering then remove the pan from the heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bag from the pan and reheat gently until simmering.
Strain through a fine sieve and pour into four glasses.
Put a slice of the lemon in each glass, add the cranberries and cinnamon sticks.
