It's easy to prepare a tasty grapefruit and beetroot smoothie: combine the grapefruit segments, beetroot and juice, banana, and orange juice in a food processor or blender.
Blend on high for 2 minutes. Stir in the crushed ice and a tablespoon of mint leaves, blending again for a further minute.
