A warm and easy version of tiramisu recipe, the classic Italian dessert with coffee and mascarpone cheese, by Chef Matteo Torretta from Milan.

In a glass, melt the already-soaked gelatin sheets into about a ½ cm of coffee, adding water.
Let cool until the coffee solidifies but maintains a soft consistency.
Blend the lady finger cookies until you get a smooth powder and add a layer of about ½ cm.
Separately, whip the mascarpone with the cream and sugar than make a layer of about 3 cm of mascarpone cream into the glass.
For the zabaione, add the caster sugar, the egg yolks, the Marsala and whip everything for about 15 min while in a bain-marie until the cream is puffy.
Add the mascarpone as the last layer in the glass.
To finish, sprinkle cocoa powder.
