Preparation
  1. 1. Purée the avocado, cocoa powder, and agave syrup to taste in a blender with a little soy milk to make a smooth paste.

  2. 2. Gradually blend in the rest of the soy milk to create a creamy, thick mixture.

  3. 3. Divide between serving glasses, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours.

  4. 4. Garnish with toasted cashew nuts when ready to serve.
