Delicious and easy carrot cake recipe with pineapple, walnuts and cream cheese frosting

Preparation

Combine oil, sugar, eggs, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla, salt, carrots, walnuts and pineapple in a large bowl.

Mix until blended.

Pour into greased 33x23 cm pan and bake at 180° C 1 hour.

To make the cream cheese frosting, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter until fluffy.

Add pineapple and walnuts. Mix well.
