How to make Corned Beef Sandwich with Bacon

To prepare a tasty corned beef sandwich with bacon, first spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.

Arrange the corned beef, cheese and bacon slices on four slices of bread and top with remaining slice.

If using a panini press: Preheat the press. Add your assembled sandwich and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden and crisp, usually about 3 to 5 minutes.

If using a stove-top skillet: Place the skillet over medium-low heat and spread a thin layer of butter on the top and bottom side of the bread.

Grill the corned beef sandwich slowly, pressing down on it a few times with a wide metal spatula or weigh it down with an oven-proof plate or pan.

Grill until the bread is golden brown and crisp.

Turn the sandwich over with the help of the spatula and grill the second side until it is brown and crisp.

Transfer to plates and serve the corned beef sandwich immediately.
