How to make baked raspberry jam with this easy recipe, it only takes sugar, lemon juice and a jar

Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6.

Put the raspberries into a heatproof dish, do the same with the sugar and place both dishes in the oven for 20-30 minutes. The berries should still have shape – check after 20 minutes. The fruit and sugar should be very hot.

Carefully combine the hot sugar and hot berries and lemon juice; stir together. The berries will dissolve with the sugar, creating instant jam.

Ladle into sterilised jars and seal tightly. Tips: This jam will keep in the refrigerator for a few weeks only

    Thank you for this recipe! It is so easy and tastes awesome :-) How do you get your raspberries to stay whole like in the photo? After 20 minutes of baking mine just 'crumbled' when I turned them over ever so gently. I presume that if you process the jars they will store for longer? I love this site and will be trying some of the other delicious sounding recipes - thank you, thank you!!
