To prepare the gluten-free donut recipe start heating the oven to 180°C (160° fan).
Grease a mini doughnut tin.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined.
Add the eggs, vanilla and oil and mix well.
Spoon into the tins and bake for 8 minutes.
Cool in the tins for 5 minutes.
Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a large food bag.
Add 4 warm doughnuts and shake well until coated.
