Milk
45 ml
Apple juice
50 ml
salt
To taste
butter
30 to 45 ml
mixed berries
500 g, fresh
Maple Syrup
20 ml

Preparation

Halve the slices of bread.

Mix together the egg, egg white, 15 ml sugar, milk, 50 ml apple juice and a pinch of salt.

Dip the bread slices in this mixture, turning to coat both sides.

Heat some butter in a frying pan and fry the soaked bread slices on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the French toast with fresh berries and maple syrup.
