Start the banana oatmeal muffin recipe heating the oven to 190°C (160°C fan).
Cut 12 squares of kitchen parchment 15 cm x 15 cm and line a deep patty pan with them.
Put the oats, flour baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and salt into a bowl and mix.
Beat together the butter and sugar and gradually add the eggs.
Fold into the flour mixture, then stir in the bananas.
Divide the mixture between the lined patty pans and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
The banana oatmeal muffin recipe is finished: serve the muffins hot with honey.
