For a healthy and ethical snack try this Italian style vegan sushi recipe, with Arborio rice, sun-dried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar

Overcook the arborio rice slightly, with the apple puée, to make it sticky.
Divide the fillings in half.
Make the sushi rolls and cut each roll into 4 or 6 pieces.
For the dipping sauce, mix the balsamic, water, garlic and parsley together.
