An easy to make recipe with cod and sesame seeds, perfect for a light lunch. Enjoy it with toasted bread!

Mix together the fish, shallot, sesame seeds, oil and 1/2 tsp of lemon zest.
Season to taste with lemon juice, sea salt and ground black pepper.
Press the cod mixture into a teacup and turn out onto a plate.
Garnish with the shoots and a wedge of lemon.
Serve with toast, for example.
