Yukihira Pot

Yukihira Pots are traditional Japanese pots which have different usages: for stews, boiling and dashi (the base of Japanese cuisine). Usual pots are made from aluminium, but people choose ones made from copper when they choose particularly. Copper is said to be difficult to take care of but is very effective in cooking and heating, and it can control slight temperature differences. In these pots, the craftsmen hit each pot by hammer making its strenght stronger and rough, letting the pot heat up easier.
