On the 12 and the 13 May, the 21 finalists from all over the world have finally come face to face, as they have gathered in Milan for the Grand Finale. After two days of live cooking sessions, the top panel of international judges, the Seven Sages, have crown the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018: the Japanese chef Yasuhiro Fujio.
