Lux Lucis New Menu | See the Dishes
Chef Valentino Cassanelli's dishes are a free expression of Italian cuisine, drawing inspiration from his life experiences and the rich biodiversity surrounding the coastal town of Forte dei Marmi, a gem of Versilia. Lux Lucis, his Michelin-starred restaurant, is perched on the panoramic rooftop of the hotel Principe Forte dei Marmi. The tasting menus, 'Via Vandelli', 'On the Road', and 'Tuffo nel Territorio' trace a culinary journey intertwined with the territory for a celebration of the Versilian region and its bounty.
2022 marks the restaurant's 10th anniversary, and the team has prepared a revisiting of one of the tasting menus. '10 years of Lux Lucis I'm On The Road Again' is a story within a story: the menu traces the journey from Modena to Versilia through a selection of 10 dishes, one per each year of the restaurant.
