Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2019: the top 10 in 10 dishes

The Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants ceremony, an event sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, crowned Mitsuharu Mitcha Tsumura's Maido as the best restaurant in Latin America for the third year in a row.

Second on the list went to Central in Peru, while the third position was awarded to Pujol in Mexico.
