'Experimental Gastronomy' is a project that collects design cutlery and tableware created by more then 35 international artists in 4 years. These exclusive pieces, curated by Steinbeisser, are now made available through the web store Jouw.
Experimenting and searching for new ways to enjoy food, these pieces don’t follow the normal rules of usability. They will challenge to reconsider the preconceptions about the relationship between tableware and the user. They can be loved for their thought provoking function but also for their beauty.
