Discover Chef Reif Othman’s in his Reif Japanese Kushiaki Restaurant

Reif Othman is an award-winning chef and restaurateur from Singapore, currently based in Dubai.
He's a leading light of the food scene in the emirate, and he just opened his third outlet: Reif Japanese Kushiyaki. 

His kitchen at this neighbourhood restaurant is Asian-inspired, and he marries Japanese sensibilities with Italian and French influences. It's a casual and fun dining experience, and showcases Othman's Instagram-famous bestselling dish - the Wagyusando. It features a charcoal-breadcrumbed wagyu fillet, fried medium-rare, with a slice of lightly grilled wagyu sirloin, toasted milk bread, Japanese mustard mayo and tonkatsu sauce.
