World's Largest Chocolate Event Comes to Paris

Calling all chocolate lovers. Paris will host the 22nd Salon du Chocolat, billed as the "world's largest event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa" for the 2016 edition from 28 October to 1 November 2016.

Six hundred participants are expected to convene at the Porte de Versailles, among them nearly 200 chocolate exhibitors, pastry chefs, confectioners, chefs and cocoa experts ready to reveal their best recipes and prized chocolate, but to also organise conferences and other novel events including a Japanese tasting pairing whisky with chocolate, matcha tea and sake.
