World Gourmet Summit Takes over Singapore

World Gourmet Summit (WGS) 2018, in partnership with Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino clocks up an impressive 22 years this April, as the annual epicurean highlight returns to Singapore.

From 2 to 22 April diners will get to experience some of the world’s lesser known and exciting cuisines in masterclasses, events and exclusive dinners at some of Singapore's finest establishments all on the theme of "the discovery WGS."

A stellar line up of culinary stars will be in town fom across Asia, Eastern and Central Europe, and America including Mitch Lienhard the winner of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2017, French chef Raymond Blanc, Kevin Thornton, Ireland’s first to receive two Michelin-stars; Patrizia di Benedetto, the first and only current female Sicilian chef to be awarded the coveted Michelin-star; Ross Lusted, Australia’s two-hatted star chef; and Akira Back, an American- born Korean chef who has made a name for himself interpreting Asian fare with American influence.
