Seven Michelin-starred chefs from six different countries will convene in Bangkok to participate in the prestigious World Gourmet Festival. The 15th edition of the festival will take place September 1st to 7th in the Four Seasons Hotel.
Scheduled events include chef demos, food and wine tastings, a special afternoon tea, and craft cocktails prepared by the finalists in the Diageo World Class Best Bartender of the Year contest.
Participating chefs are: Akrame Benallal from Akrame in Paris; Paolo Casagrande from Lasarte in Barcelona; Thierry Dufroux from Bistrot Belhara in Paris; João Rodrigues from Feitoria Restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal; Hideaki Sato from Tenku RyuGin in Hong Kong; James Syhabout from Commis in Oakland, California; and James Viles from Biota Dining, inBowral, NSW, Australia.
In honor of the annual festival, the Four Seasons launched its World Gourmet Festival package, which includes a special World Gourmet Festival dinner for two persons among other enticing treats.
