The famous S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna-sponsored Italian chef congress makes an exciting foray stateside this month stopping in three US cities: Chicago (7&8), New York (10 to 12) and finishing with the inaugural Boston edition on 13 October. Top masterclasses, seminars and dinners prepared by the likes of Massimo Bottura, Virgilio Martinez and other world class chefs are all available to a ticketed public.

9 &10 October
Chef JP McMahon's annual food symposium sponsored by S.Pellegrino, returns to Galway, Ireland for a third year with a bumper speakers. The themes for the two day event are 'Action/Reaction' and 'Food Stories,' with chefs such as Magnus Nilsson, Ana Roš, Ashley Palmer-Watts and Quique Dacosta.

Bulgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin welcomes renowned Chef Hideaki Sato of Michelin starred Ta Vie 旅 in Hong Kong for an one night exclusive collaboration dinner with Executive Chef Luca Fantin on October 10th, 2017. Michelin starred Iggy’s in Singapore welcomes Chef Chele Gonzalez from Manila’s Gallery Vask (no.35 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants) for its first four-hands collaboration in 2017.
Diners should prepare for an exciting gastronomic journey as the two chefs showcase their similar culinary philosophies whilst highlighting the diversity of flavours found in their adopted hometowns of Singapore and Manila.
The eight-course menu includes highlights such as Iggy’s Foie, with comforting lap cheong dashi and shiso leaf; Gallery Vask’s Mole made with beef tongue, peas and a zingy dash of citrus; and Iggy’s surprising Heirloom Tomatoes comprising tomatoes that have been compressed with flavours, cucumber and basil sorbet, and tomato water granite.
