Picturesque island, Nantucket, is preparing for the 20th Anniversary of the Nantucket Wine Festival from May 18th to 22nd. Sponsored by Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino this food and drink festival with a difference will see a series of seminars and special dinners unfold during a spectacular five days.
Located thirty miles off the coast of Cape Cod Nantucket island manages to succesfully seduce international wine conisseurs to make the voyage for the unique setting and 'boutique celebration of food and wine' against the backdrop of the iconic cobblestone streets, historic and buildings.
Every year, the Nantucket Wine Festival features a curated collection of selected wineries from around the world. Expect a stellar line-up of producers from Tuscany's Castello Banfi to Bonterra Vineyards in California at this year's event.
Vintners and wineries are invited to participate in a myriad events. Highlights include 'grand tastings' with over 600 wines from 150 producers, a selection of wine seminars and luxurious dinners.
